ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. This position may involve a combination of office, remote, and local travel responsibilities. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to support business or personal events.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information.

Personal Support

  • Coordinate personal appointments and commitments.
  • Arrange dining reservations, gift purchases, and special requests.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Research and book travel accommodations.
  • Develop detailed travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and special occasions.
  • Manage logistics for business and personal travel.

Financial & Project Support

  • Track expenses and maintain accurate records.
  • Process invoices and reimbursement requests.
  • Conduct research and assist with special projects.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.

Required Qualifications

  • · Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or personal assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation

  • Competitive wage range $50k to $70k based on experience
