JOB DETAILS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage contract intake and closing process, entering and updating information in Salesforce and ensuring required documentation is complete and communicated across departments.
- Maintain Salesforce data accuracy through regular updates and basic reporting.
- Manage workflows related to contract database, data integrity and integration workflows with legal, services and finance teams.
- Support renewal management within customer install base.
- Analyse and review Salesforce records for completeness and eliminate duplication.
- Respond to routine Sales Operations requests and escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Ensure required customer, account and contract information is properly documented and routed by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Services.
- Compile data from Salesforce and Excel as requested.
- Enter and update campaign or lead information within Salesforce.
- Support user training, documentation and questions related to Salesforce functionality.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years of operational, sales support, or CRM-related experience required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working within established processes in a fast-paced environment.
