Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine detailed financial models, including:
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models
• Three-statement operating models
• Scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Conduct valuation analyses for investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
• Perform financial and operational due diligence on target companies
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment memos
• Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic factors
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial modeling (DCF, 3-statement models)
• Experience in valuation and transaction analysis
• Background in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance
• Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Demonstrated due diligence experience in deal or investment contexts
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company or top-tier firm
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Background in M&A, private equity, or strategic advisory
• Exposure to board-level reporting and executive communications
