JOB DETAILS
- Candidates must live in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.
- 18 months+ previous experience in auto Collision estimating using CCC ONE or Mitchell.
- Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications.
- Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims.
- Willingness to attend 2-week in-person training if required.
- Licenses such as adjuster and/or appraiser may be required within 60 days of hire and the process includes a background check; if applicable, ensure licensing with Centralized Licensing team.
- Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments during employment; surrender of resident producer license if applicable.
- Conduct inspections remotely by analyzing photos and live videos to provide exceptional service to customers whose vehicles require repair.
- Review and write estimates, create supplements, and handle total losses for a wide variety of vehicles.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with all parties involved to ensure customers’ needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Maintain on-camera presence when assisting customers, participating in team meetings, or as otherwise directed.
- Investigate auto claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage.
- Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants in accordance with legal and business standard methodologies.
- Execute policies and maintain clear records in the claims system for timely and accurate documentation.
- Utilize multiple tools to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms.
- Possess a dedicated home office workspace with appropriate equipment and environment as required for a remote role.
- 18 months+ previous experience in auto Collision estimating using CCC ONE or Mitchell Estimating.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting comprehensive cost estimates for paintwork, body, frame restoration and mechanical.
- Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications.
- Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims.
