- Bookkeeping (Xero)
- Social media management
- Keeping internal records up to date
- Booking meetings and managing calendars
- Email management (with the support of AI tools such as ChatGPT)
- Helping with research (training content, podcast topics, community initiatives, and general business needs)
- General administrative support
Must-Haves
- Based offshore
- Clear spoken English and excellent written/spelling skills
- Able to work Australian / Queensland time zones
- Degree in administration, business, communications, or a related field
- Reliable internet and professional home setup
- Organized, proactive, and able to stay on task
- Strong communication skills and not afraid to ask for clarification
- Kind, team-oriented, and culturally aligned
- Comfortable in a small, growing business environment
- Good sense of humour — we joke around a lot
