ABOUT JOB

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage daily administrative tasks and keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and supporting a busy business owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar scheduling and appointments
  • Monitor, filter, and respond to emails as appropriate
  • Create, organize and maintain inbox systems
  • Handle client correspondence while owner is on-site
  • Track receipts and manage basic expense documentation
  • Update and maintain various trackers for business finances
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant required and supporting a small business owner in a creative field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • High attention to detail and always seeking the most efficient way to do something
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Specifically Sheets), QuickbooksAsana, and Canva required Discreet, reliable, and proactive

Details:

  • Part-time, remote
  • $25-$35/hr DOE
  • 5-10 hours per week starting, with opportunity for more hours as training progresses
  • Opportunity to grow responsibilities over time
  • Ideal for somebody with other part-time virtual assistant roles

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
