ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our transformative team.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication among staff and our community, and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to BBBSM staff, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and data entry for mentoring relationships.
Facilitate communication between staff, volunteers, and community partners through email and virtual platforms.
Help organize and coordinate events and activities related to mentoring programs.
Conduct research and compile information to assist with program development and evaluation.
Assist in managing social media accounts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools.
Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to social justice and community development.
