ABOUT JOB

 

We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat Virtual Assistant to help keep our customer systems organized, our website updated, and our sales pipeline moving.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM + Admin Support

  • Enter, update, and organize customer and lead information in our CRM
  • Tag contacts, track inquiries, update statuses, and maintain clean data
  • Create simple weekly reports (leads, follow-ups, conversions, notes)
  • Make warm outbound calls/texts/emails to new leads and inquiries
  • Follow a call script, answer basic questions, and book consults/orders
  • Track outcomes and next steps in the CRM
  • Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience as a VA, admin assistant, or sales support (preferred)
  • Comfortable making sales calls and following up consistently
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with online tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, website editors)
  • Clear communication + friendly phone presence
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks without heavy supervision

Bonus Points

  • Experience with décor industry, event businesses, or e-commerce
  • Familiar with Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, HoneyBook, Dubsado, HubSpot, etc.

Comfortable using Canva for quick updates

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
