About the Role:
You’ll help with:
- Responding to customer messages and scheduling cleanings
- Following up on leads via call/text/email
- Updating our calendars and CRM (training provided)
- Light admin tasks (data entry, customer info updates, basic reporting)
Requirements:
- Based in Mexico
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills and quick response times
- Reliable internet + a quiet place to take occasional calls
- Prior VA/customer service experience is a big plus!
Hours & Pay:
- 30-40 hrs/week to start, with potential for more
- USD $4 and more based on experience (paid via Wise.com)
