JOB SUMMARY
Role Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives or team members
• Respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and update company databases or CRM systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
• Conduct online research and compile information for projects and business needs
• Coordinate virtual meetings, send reminders, and manage meeting logistics
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Support customer service activities, including handling email or live chat support when needed
• Organize files, maintain digital records, and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive company information
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with communication and project management tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment
• Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused attitude
