ABOUT JOB

 

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant & Customer Success Representative who is personable, organized, and sales-savvy. In this  role, you’ll manage customer communications, respond to inquiries, call warm leads, and help close deals — all while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email and phone
  • Manage inboxes and ensure timely, organized communication
  • Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Call warm leads and guide them toward a decision
  • Correspond with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retain accounts
  • Follow up on open opportunities and help close inbound leads
  • Maintain accurate notes, records, and lead statuses in our CRM

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural ability to build rapport and move conversations toward a close
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable with email, basic CRM tools, and administrative tasks
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a virtual assistant role is a plus — not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base pay ($500 per month)
  • Performance-based incentive structure tied to lead closures and customer outcomes (up to $3,000 per month)
  • Bonuses for top performers
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company scales

Pay: $500.00 – $1,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
