Our client is hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our growing team!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 in your first year
  • Performance-Based Pay Increase: Earn up to $85,000+ based on KPIs and performance

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client communication via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
  • Organize case files, input data into our CRM, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and document management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative, legal, or customer service experience (law firm experience is a plus!).
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and legal
  • software (training available).
  • Detail-oriented: Ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Problem-Solver: Someone who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Reliable & Professional: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic CRM platforms
  • Availability during business hours (Mountain Time preferred) to align with our team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
