We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and service-minded Virtual Executive Assistant who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and loves helping others succeed.
This is a remote, part-time position (15-20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow as our firm continues to expand.

Primary Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the leadership team.
- Assist with email management and follow-up.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action items.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries professionally.
- Support day-to-day administrative needs of the leadership team.
Team & Client Operations
- Coordinate new team member onboarding.
- Assist with new client setup and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate digital files and documentation.
- Create, improve, and document internal processes.
- Help manage recurring administrative workflows.
- Ensure important deadlines are met.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate virtual and in-person team meetings.
- Assist with company retreats and team events.
- Help organize community service opportunities.
- Manage event logistics, communication, and budgets.
- Create exceptional experiences for both our team and guests.
Special Projects
- Support strategic initiatives from the leadership team.
- Research solutions and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to simplify systems and eliminate inefficiencies.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Must reside within the Kansas City metropolitan area due to periodic local errands and administrative support needs.
- Experience supporting senior leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience with workflow management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
