Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We’re looking for a sharp, friendly, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support both the business and the personal life of our founder. This is a part-time role starting at 10–15 hours per week with room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and draft emails, texts, and correspondence on behalf of the founder
- Handle scheduling, bookings, and calendar coordination (appointments, travel, reservations)
- Make and receive calls, relay messages, and follow up on tasks
- Research and complete a variety of small tasks and one-off projects
- Help keep day-to-day life and business running smoothly
Who You Are
- A strong communicator — warm, professional, and clear in writing and conversation
- Genuinely curious about creative industries and technology
- Organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks with you
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling personal or business information
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting executives, founders, or high-net-worth individuals
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar
- Background or strong interest in media, entertainment, or tech
- Experience as a virtual assistant or in a coordinator/admin role
Details
- Hours: 10–15 hrs/week to start
- Compensation: $18/hour
- Schedule: Flexible, but availability during business hours (ET) is important
Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour
