Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $21/hour with our Perfect Attendance Bonus. Perfect attendance means being on time for the start of your shift, returning on time from all breaks, and completing your full scheduled shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $19/hour.

What You’ll Do

• Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized phone support for multiple customers
• Answer calls with confidence and create positive experiences for every caller
• Schedule appointments, transfer calls, and capture detailed messages
• Efficiently multitask across two monitors
• Represent each customer’s brand with professionalism and attention to detail

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

• A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (words per minute) and proficiency navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
• A natural, friendly, and professional communication style
• Remains composed and focused when things get busy
• Pays close attention to detail and takes ownership of your work
• Adapts to different customer needs and takes pride in being a positive representation of a company’s reputation

Experience That Helps You Succeed

Experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative support is valuable. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
