ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks across three small businesses
- Handle bookkeeping and financial tracking (QuickBooks – proficiency required, no training provided)
- Manage calendars, emails, and communications
- Assist with document preparation and reporting
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support general operational needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Proficient in QuickBooks (experience required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable and proficient using AI tools for business productivity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
Position Details
- 10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (daytime hours preferred)
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience
