ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for a detail-focused Virtual Customer Coordinator to assist with organizing customer requests and supporting daily account activities. In this position, you will assist clients with account-related needs and support overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and communication platforms
  • Coordinate client requests and assist with scheduling or processing tasks
  • Monitor pending requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems
  • Engage with internal teams to support efficient customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service or client account coordination is helpful
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and communication tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
