ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a detail-focused Virtual Customer Coordinator to assist with organizing customer requests and supporting daily account activities. In this position, you will assist clients with account-related needs and support overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and communication platforms
- Coordinate client requests and assist with scheduling or processing tasks
- Monitor pending requests and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems
- Engage with internal teams to support efficient customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service or client account coordination is helpful
- Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and communication tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
