JOB DETAILS

 

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Receptionist/Office Support to support daily front desk operations and ensure our office runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

(Included but are not limited to)

  • Answer and route incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed
  • Provide office access to employees and visitors as needed
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Manage messenger and FedEx shipments, including tracking incoming and outgoing items
  • Oversee building access systems (Axis) and visitor/work order system (Cove)
  • Create and issue building access badges for new hires and replacements
  • Track and upload receipts and invoices into expense management system (EmburseSpend)
  • Maintain organized expense records and documentation

The salary range for this position is $25 – $30 an hour

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
  • This is a parttime position, Monday – Friday working up to 20 hrs. a week

 

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
