We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with project coordination by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining project files
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle order entry and process invoices
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with office management tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests and managing office calendars
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent file management skills
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management and maintenance coordination
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document preparation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
