ABOUT JOB

 

Our client  is seeking a highly motivated & skilled Office Administrator . The perfect candidate should be outgoing, an independent worker, and comfortable working in a small office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Maximizing the C- Level executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf.
  • Email management
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing expenses
  • Administrative project work for Operations, Customer Relations and Sales
  • Management of Misc Projects
  • Errands for office/ management
  • Providing customer/supplier support.
  • Tracking and Reporting Client Requests
  • Front Desk Duties such answering phone , scheduling office appointment
  • Attend networking events as needed on behalf of company
  • Communicate with clients and troubleshoot customer concerns
  • Troubleshoot all CR/Operations related issues and see them through until resolution
  • Host meetings with suppliers and vendors
  • Curate and maintain CRM Calendar & System
  • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
  • Prepare proposals

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of online tools and software such as Google Drive, Outlook, and Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Impeccable Written & Verbal Skills, Good Penmanship is required
  • Highly organized.
  • A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
