Be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team supporting programs and services that help strengthen the Clarence community. This is a parental leave cover opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a varied and fast-paced role where your organisation skills, initiative and professionalism will make an impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing executive and administrative support to the Head of Community and Culture.
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes and travel or event arrangements.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, briefing papers and other documents.
- Managing incoming enquiries and directing requests to the right people.
- Supporting document management, record keeping, and tracking Group correspondence.
- What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable style.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence preparing professional documents and correspondence.
- Initiative, adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Why you’ll love working with us
- Base salary between $76,948.44 and $88,899.69 pro rata (depending on skills and experience)
- Parental leave cover, 12-month fixed term contract
