JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support office management activities including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting clients over the phone
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and communication
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization to foster a productive environment
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk management, or reception duties highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills essential for positive interactions
- Familiarity with office management software like QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is beneficial but not required
