ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a dependable and professional Office Secretary / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and update customer information
- Use computer systems for customer check-in and basic office tasks
- Maintain organized records and paperwork
- Communicate with staff and customers clearly and efficiently
- Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or office experience
- Basic computer and typing skills required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
