ABOUT JOB

 

The office Hospitality Associate provides exceptional guest services and administrative assistance. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment while supporting hospitality services with various tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with vendors and build support teams appropriately to ensure timely and orderly operational execution of meetings.
  • Oversee the conference room schedule and assemble reports on the use of the space.
  • Conduct routine space and equipment inspections; resolve identified issues.
  • Manage caterers, including providing access to space, proper set-up, clean-up, and compliance with building regulations.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event center/conference room space.
  • Facilitate the proper organization and cleanliness of meeting/event space.
  • Other administrative duties as requested.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or administrative roles is a plus
