Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Organize files, paperwork, and office supplies
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Support leadership and team members with daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
