JOB SUMMARY
What you’ll actually do
Speak with Australians who want to reduce their power bills with solar and batteries.
Run warm, honest and compliant phone conversations.
Build rapport with prospects and help suitable customers understand whether Sunnn is the right solution for their home.
Follow Sunnn’s sales process, compliance requirements and customer-first approach.
Learn compliant prospecting methods, including approved, consent-based processes and Do Not Call Register checks.
Use Sunnn’s systems to track sales activity, customer progress and job status.
Work with both self-generated opportunities and marketing-supported leads where available.
Who this is for
You’re coachable and want to get genuinely good at sales.
You’re organised and can follow a proven process.
You’re self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
You can speak clearly and confidently with people on the phone.
You’re comfortable being paid based on results.
You want to take what you learn and apply it consistently.
Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. Some strong performers start with no sales background.
