Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the team owner. This is a high-trust role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the daily rhythm of a growing real estate business and helping keep both the leader and the team focused, accountable, and moving forward.
This role is ideal for someone with a servant’s heart who genuinely enjoys supporting others, solving problems, and handling the details that keep a business operating at a high level. You’re not looking to sit back and wait for direction; you naturally take initiative, anticipate needs, and help create momentum.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and highly dependable. You don’t let things fall through the cracks. If an answer is needed, you’re comfortable picking up the phone, sending the follow-up text, or circling back by email until you get clarity. You understand that in a fast-moving business, communication and follow-through matter.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $60,000 – $70,000
- Paid Time Off
- Bonus Potential

- Identify gaps, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of administrative, executive assistant, or operations support experience (inside or outside of real estate)
- Real estate experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Must be able to work in person and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Strong sense of accountability, prioritization, and follow-through
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking up and helping others stay accountable to their commitments
- Persistent and proactive, you follow up until things are completed and resolved
- Able to identify problems early, escalate when necessary, and help find practical solutions
- Hardworking, responsive, growth-minded, and committed to continuous improvement
