ABOUT JOB
We are seeking an organised and proactive part time or full time Administration Assistant to provide administrative support at our head office located in Fremantle. The position requires minimum availability of 3 days per week 08:30 to 17:00.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organised, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work.
Key Experience and Skills
· 2 years’ experience in an administration or office support role.
· Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail.
· A pleasant and friendly approach with a “can do” attitude.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the business and Office Manager including:
- Reception and phone handling.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting with travel requirements.
- Assisting with insurance claims.
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
- Ad hoc tasks and special projects.
