ABOUT JOB
As the Administration Assistant or our Geraldton branch your role will see you looking after a broad set of functions supporting the Branch Manager and our team or technicians. The main functions of the role include:

- Receptions and Administration Duties
- Assisting with enquiries from both suppliers and customers via both phone and email
- Provide administration support for our projects and service team
- Check daily work schedules for conflicts and back-filling
- Updating and monitoring validity of employee records and licenses
- Identify and assist with ad hoc admin / office support tasks
- Processing Debtor invoicing, data Management
Your Background
To be successful for this opportunity you must have:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Accounts payable and Receivable experience
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- The enthusiasm and attitude to make the most of the opportunity
