ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team . This is a full-time role that will provide vital administrative support across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing a wide range of administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining and updating various databases, records, and reporting systems
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite & Quickbooks
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
