ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team . This is a full-time role that will provide vital administrative support across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing a wide range of administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining and updating various databases, records, and reporting systems
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite & Quickbooks
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
