ABOUT JOB’
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks.
Duties:
– Coordinate appointments, meetings and manage calendars.
– Assist in preparing for meetings, both internal and external, by compiling required data.
– Data Entry of invoices in Quickbooks online.
– Provide exceptional customer service
– Act as a personal assistant to the Owner and help to the management team.
– Handle incoming calls and emails
– Assist with project coordination and associated follow-up tasks.
Qualifications:
– Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite, particulary in advanced Excel functions
– Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
– Prior experience in event planning is advantageous.
– Excellent multitasking management skills.
– Demonstrated customer service experience.
– Previous work as a clerk or file management is beneficial.
– Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
– Previous experience as a personal assistant required.
Pay rate is dependent on work history, experience in areas I’m looking for, existing pay rate and the interview itself.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
