Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Relevant experience preferred, but not required. The position does not involve answering the phone. The position is part-time with an expected 10 hours/week. Flexible hours.
Duties and responsibilities include creating and managing calendar entries, updating information in computer programs (CRM and a case management program), helping to manage the office’s e-mail account, assisting in the organizing of electronic files, and providing general administrative support to our employees.
You should be comfortable use (and/or learning) a variety of modern software programs and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Attention to detail is a must. Ultimately, this position should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve day-to-day operation by providing logistical and administrative support to office employees.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (MS Outlook 365, in particular)
- Ability to quickly learn and use computer programs
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
