JOB DETAILS
Our company is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Duties
· Assist Office Manager to ensure a productive work environment.
· Answer inbound calls and take detailed messages.
· Monitor, answer, and distribute company emails throughout the day.
· Work with President/Owner on specific travel projects, as needed.
· Assist Bookkeeper with Data Entry.
· Utilize computer literacy skills to manage documents and data entry tasks effectively.
· Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years experience in office administration.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
· Highly motivated and a fast learner.
· Professional attitude in customer service and the workplace.
· Excellent attention to detail.
