ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is a creative, energetic individual with a “Whatever It Takes” attitude in fulfilling their job duties to support our facility .

 

Compensation and Benefits:

$17.00 – $19.00/ hour plus commissions for procuring new business

  • Weekly pay periods every Friday

Essential Functions:

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
  • Customer Service with client and associates
  • Supports site leader and staff as needed
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Data collection of Key Performance Indicators on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks
  • Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts
  • Coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Analyzes resumes accurately
  • Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
  • Completes employment reference checks on candidates
  • Schedules candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Generates or identifies leads for new business

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience office administration, recruiting, staffing, or similar role (1 year or more)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Outstanding time-management abilities
  • Ability to work individually or on teams as required
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent
