ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our corporate team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will provide essential document, data, and scheduling support to help keep our operations running smoothly — working independently in a remote environment with a reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Create, format, and maintain documents and templates using Microsoft Word
  • Organize and manage files and shared resources in SharePoint, ensuring accurate version control and easy team access
  • Convert, edit, review, and organize PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and data organization
  • Perform routine data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from existing data sets
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and coordinating calendars
  • Respond to internal inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members
  • Support executives and team leads with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and assist with record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint for file organization and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and converting PDF files
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Experience supporting multiple team members or executives simultaneously
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR or business operations processes
