ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our corporate team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will provide essential document, data, and scheduling support to help keep our operations running smoothly — working independently in a remote environment with a reliable and professional approach.
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Create, format, and maintain documents and templates using Microsoft Word
- Organize and manage files and shared resources in SharePoint, ensuring accurate version control and easy team access
- Convert, edit, review, and organize PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and data organization
- Perform routine data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Generate basic reports and summaries from existing data sets
- Assist with scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and coordinating calendars
- Respond to internal inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members
- Support executives and team leads with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and assist with record-keeping
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint for file organization and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and converting PDF files
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting multiple team members or executives simultaneously
- Prior remote work experience
- Basic knowledge of HR or business operations processes
