JOB DETAILS
Our team is looking for a person with a great customer service attitude, an excellent communicator with good time management skills.
This is a very fast paced environment where you will be required to carry out many functions. The working environment is demanding and requires high accuracy and speed.
Key duties include:
- Telephone/Reception Duties
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Actively engage in “Salesforce” Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Respond within 24 hours to all enquiries
- Follow up with every customer at least once a quarter
- Maintain & manage all Web Order sales
- Marketing pack preparation – sending out marketing materials to clients
- Travel bookings
- Preparing shipping labels for sales team
- Client research including cold calling
- Office process improvements

Other duties include: Office maintenance including cleaning
- Assisting with marketing pack preparation
- Preparation of fragrance blotters
- Customer service duties and cold calling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
