JOB DETAILS
Our client is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and property management operations. 30 hour work week; Monday through Friday 9:30-3:30
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication
- Assist with invoicing and bill tracking
- Maintain office files and records
- Organize emails and correspondence
- Data entry and general administrative support
- Assist with property management paperwork and filings
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic office systems
- QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience a plus
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a small office environment
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
