JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to department leadership.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource for coordinating schedules, meetings, communications, special projects, and day-to-day administrative operations. You’ll work closely with leaders and providers, helping ensure efficient workflows and exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and special projects.
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
Manage office communications, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain records, office supplies, and administrative processes to support efficient operations.
Minimal Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Transcription and typing skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of word processing spreadsheet and presentation software applications in a Windows environment.
High level of professional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.
This position has a hiring range of : USD $20.57 – USD $36.27 /Hr.
