ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer support, and clerical duties, Contract review, Contract compliance, Insurance certificates, some book keeping, some HR.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and in-person.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document management.
- Handle phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication and proper message delivery.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
