JOB DETAILS

 

We are currently in need of an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with answering phones and responding to emails, gathering detailed information, and scheduling/confirming appointments
  • Input data into CRM
  • Assist with invoicing and collections
  • Assist with employee scheduling and support
  • Collaboratively work with subcontractors
  • Explain and sell services over the phone
  • Provide support to Owner, Office Manager, and Administrative colleagues regularly as needed.
  • Attend to other duties as assigned or directed by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and at least 2 years of office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer services skills
  • Professional, respectful, punctual, honest and dependable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, as well as work independently when needed.
  • Highly-organized with ability to multi-task
  • Great decision making skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and computer knowledge/skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
