Job Description
JOB DETAILS
We are currently in need of an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering phones and responding to emails, gathering detailed information, and scheduling/confirming appointments
- Input data into CRM
- Assist with invoicing and collections
- Assist with employee scheduling and support
- Collaboratively work with subcontractors
- Explain and sell services over the phone
- Provide support to Owner, Office Manager, and Administrative colleagues regularly as needed.
- Attend to other duties as assigned or directed by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer services skills
- Professional, respectful, punctual, honest and dependable
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, as well as work independently when needed.
- Highly-organized with ability to multi-task
- Great decision making skills
- Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and computer knowledge/skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
