ABOUT JOB
Our client seeks a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of our main office. This role is crucial for general office support, managing communications, and providing administrative assistance to various departments, all while maintaining the professional standards of our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this position.
- Manage general office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Answer phone calls professionally.
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, faxes).
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies inventory.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
