JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant supports program management and training initiatives by carrying out various administrative responsibilities critical to the successful functioning of the company. Supporting the training programs in managing vendor/consultant contracts and accounts, provide customer support, monitor fiscal tracking, purchases, filing, scheduling, creating and maintaining trainings and registration in Learning Management System, data entry and other office duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. BA preferred. 4 years relevant experience required.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer literacy including spreadsheet and Excel skills a must
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Ability to learn new software including but not limited to Learning Management System and Constant Contact
