ABOUT JOB
This role is crucial in maintaining the atmosphere of the organization. As the initial and final point of contact for clients visiting the office, the role is essential in ensuring clients have a great experience. They are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the firm and managing a client-centric experience.
Responsibilities and Activities:
· Managing phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
· Maintain a clean and organized office reflecting our brand and values.
· Managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
· Assembling and sending periodic client correspondence.
· Scheduling client reviews and ensuring future review schedules stay on track.
· Managing calendars for associates.
· Assist with roadshows and conventions.
· Inventory and office supply management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude and exceptional client service orientation.
· Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone.
· Genuine interest in serving and caring for others.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to type 50 words per minute.
· Notary Public (within the first 90 days of employment).

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
