ABOUT JOB
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the daily operations of our office, helping ensure a seamless client experience. This is an ideal role for someone who is trainable, eager to learn the financial services industry, and looking for a long-term role with room for development. Pay starts at $25/hour and depends on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule client meetings and manage calendars for the advisory team
- Assist with client communication via phone and email
- Handle paperwork for account openings, transfers, and money movement
- Support compliance processes and file management
- Coordinate with both advisors on day-to-day operations and follow-up items
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and people-oriented
- Experience in financial services or administrative support preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
