Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange virtual appointments.
Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems with accuracy.
Assist with onboarding new team members and provide ongoing administrative support.
Collaborate with various departments to support project timelines and deadlines.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with basic project management tools is a plus.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
