ABOUT JOB
The Administrative Associate III provides administrative and operational support to a department or business unit. This role manages calendars, schedules meetings, prepares reports and correspondence, maintains departmental records, and helps keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Process and track administrative forms and paperwork.
- Coordinate department meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Assist with special projects and process improvements.
- Help train and support other administrative staff as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of related administrative experience required.
- Previous healthcare or hospital administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work independently, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift). hybrid after 90 day training period
